Last updated: August 29, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Numea Math account and the data associated with it. Lire cette page en français.
1. Delete your account from the app (recommended)
Open the app, then go to:
Profile → your account → Delete my account, and
confirm.
This action is immediate and permanent. It requires being signed in with a Google or email account (guest mode has no account to delete, see section 3 below).
2. What happens when you delete your account?
| Data | Deleted? |
|---|---|
| Authentication account (email, Google identifier, uid) | Yes, immediately and permanently |
| Subscription status and expiration date (Firestore) | Yes, immediately and permanently |
| Local progress (level, XP, training statistics) | No — stored only on your device, independent of the account. It disappears if you uninstall the app or clear the app's data in your phone settings. |
| Crash reports (Crashlytics) | Automatically deleted after about 90 days |
| Aggregated usage data (Analytics) | Automatically deleted after about 14 months |
3. No access to the app anymore?
If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, send your deletion request to numea.math.contact@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Your request will be processed within a reasonable time, except where a longer legal retention obligation applies.
